Dual Enrollment for High School Students
The Technology Center at Crump offers high school students the opportunity to earn dual enrollment credit (credit at high school and credit at the Technology Center). This opportunity is available in our area to Hardin County High School, Adamsville High School, and McNairy Central High School in the following classes: Business Systems, Collision Repair, Computer Information Systems, Electronics, HVAC, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tool Technology, and Welding.
Eligible students must have completed at least the sophomore year of high school with a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Requests for exceptions may be submitted to the Student Services Coordinator of the Technology Center. Such requests must be signed by the principal and the counselor or high school teacher in the relevant academic area.
Students must submit to the Technology Center Admissions Office:

- Recommendation from the high school principal and counselor or teacher
Students will be classified initially as non-degree seeking but, upon high school graduation or GED completion, the course hours may be applied toward an appropriate diploma program if regular admissions requirements are met.
High school students enrolled in the dual enrollment program must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 (85.75) in the courses in order to register for subsequent courses.
Tuition fees shall be assessed in accordance with the availability of excess Lottery scholarship funds. These funds shall be used to cover the cost of tuition for each student provided they meet the criteria to receive and maintain the award.
All other costs associated with enrollment for Technology Center courses; transportation expenses, textbooks, and materials shall be the responsibility of the student and his/her parent or legal guardian.
